Yuuka Kazami from Touhou Gumon Shiki ~Perfect Memento in Strict Sense
14 July is the day of Yuuka Kazami, who is one of my favorite characters in the Touhou Project (the other one is Eirin Yagokoro).
The one who is reading these words may not know who she is. If you are now filling with curiosity, I will tell you that she is one of the characters in the Touhou Project. In this world, which is called “Gensoukyo”, Yuuka is a high-class Youkai, who can control the flowers and so on. She is usually in a red plaid dress and a white blouse, with a yellow scarf and a red tartan waistcoat. Her hair is green and she always shows herself with a pink parasol in her hand (which can be also “for” the danmaku). She lives in the Field of Sunflowers, enjoying the beauty of nature, meanwhile hates being disturbed by any other guys (especially the human beings and the youkai). She is strong, powerful, elegant, and… horrible, dangerous. She is moody. She will eliminate every single one who does the disturbance, or not, just depending on her actual emotion. However, if you wonder if she is willing to fight, the answer is yes. She indeed enjoys this. Nevertheless, she may have an inclination to keep torturing her opponents, she actually seldom does this, for she is elderly enough that she now is more inactive than before. Because of this, she will never intendedly provoke a fight.

She’s characteristics make her like a reclusive strong, who has experienced so much that she doesn’t want to touch the society anymore. Or, make her like an empress of nature. As I have mentioned before, I love her. And I hope that everyone who sees her would comprehend her charm and love her too. I’m now planning to draw a doodle about her to celebrate this special day, which is exclusively for her.
