Last Sunday I bought a ring from Swarovski for my girlfriend. It’s not something expensive or luxury for it’s rhodium-plated and decorated with glass. However, for me, it’s undoubtedly very precious. Actually, the ring was picked by my girlfriend herself. For her, there was a shiny “∞” on it, so this could be seen as a symbol or a good wish of infinity true love between us (It’s just a statement without any will of raising flag). Now I’m thinking if I could deliver it by UPS to her.
Yesterday my girlfriend was very annoyed because there was a rooster crowing at the upstairs flat of her bedroom, which made her almost can’t keep her sleep. I really couldn’t help her by myself at that time, so I bought two cases of earplugs of Ohropax for her. The earplugs may be delivered tomorrow, but today, that poor rooster has been cooked. Anyway, for me, a pair of earplugs is always necessary. I still remember when I was in college, I used earplugs every night for I shared my dorm with 5 guys. Until now, I can’t imagine how to fall asleep without earplugs in that room.
Ah, and there was a weird thing that happened about a week ago. On that day, when I was playing L4D2, I was matched in a game room in which there were two guys who suddenly asked me if I was Spanish. For I changed my region to Spain and I thought they were Spanish too for their question, I admitted. Unexpectedly, those two guys began to insult me and when we were in the safehouse, they even hit me down. I asked them “what’s this”. They replied to me with words like “we hate Spanish”, “We’re Nazis”, “Viva la revolución”, etc. Well… I was totally confused at that time. On the next day, I asked one of my Spanish classmates about this and what was amazing was that he also didn’t have any idea at all. Another classmate said: “Maybe those were some trolls or some football hooligans who were hunting Spanish just because the Spanish football team beat their national team.” Nevertheless, for me, they may be Catalan, for at that time there was a huge manifestation in Catalunia.
